Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the BuildMind platform. Violations may result in account suspension or termination. This AUP is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use BuildMind to:

• Upload blueprint PDFs you do not own or have explicit authorization to process.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, reproduce, or replicate BuildMind's AGENTS.md rule sets, system prompts, framing knowledge base, or any underlying proprietary logic.
• Conduct automated scraping, bulk downloading, or systematic extraction of analysis outputs beyond legitimate business use.
• Share account credentials across separate, unaffiliated companies or organizations.
• Resell, relicense, or represent BuildMind outputs as generated by a different system or as your own proprietary analysis methodology.
• Engage in any illegal activity, including uploading files that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of BuildMind's infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.

3. Rate Limits

The current rate limit is 10 analyses per session per 24-hour period. This limit exists to ensure fair access and system stability. If your business requires higher volume, contact us at info@buildmind.tech to discuss an enterprise arrangement.

4. Enforcement

BuildMind LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Violations may result in:

• A warning and request to cure the violation
• Temporary suspension of account access
• Permanent termination of account without refund
• Legal action where warranted

We will use reasonable judgment in determining whether a violation has occurred and what enforcement action is appropriate.
